Cassidy Pangrazio: In NY, the Metropolitan area.The good- If you got a good paying job, there is a whole lot to do. It's very diverse, the mass transit system is highly convenient. I like seeing other different culture's art and music, just so much is going on.The bad- The transplants (who are from different states) who crap all over everything and think all because they live here they are automatically a Native New Yorker such as myself. The MTA (metrocards to get in a subway or bus) is overpriced and we get little in return for it, the pay tolls for the bridges to get in and out of the city is highway robbery. The Traffic is bad, crazies who tal! k to themselves in the subways, The subways (most of them) are nasty, o! ur Mayor is a liar and a thief and is doing everything he can to turn NYC into a fascist city....Show more
Violette Vanek: I live in New York :)Best: There are a lot of things to do in NY, like going to the city, pools, amusement parks. And stuff like that. I only live about an hour away from the city, and I love Manhattan. I love the city lights, Broadway, Rockafeller Center, and all of that stuff. For Chritmas, the Rockafeller Center Christmas tree is beautiful! The M&M Store is awesome, and I like to see Broadway plays :) I also like NY because we have both winter and summer, unlike states that generally have one season. Not that that's bad, I like snow :)Worst: Our winters can get bad sometimes and we can get a lot of snow. And, this year as well as last year's Halloween were ruined because if the storms. Our weather has been out of wack lately, and it's pretty weird. Also, the city is really crowded and always congested with a ton of people, cars, and traffic.! Also, the subways are not that great...they are gross and dangerous, too. In the summer, the platform gets majorly hot, and it can get as hot as 90 degrees. They can also be super crowded, too.That's cool! I've never been to Ohio, but I want to visit all 50 states :)...Show more
