How to Entertain Guests?

Justin Casten: Food- Finger food is good. Try to get something healthy but delicious, something vegetarian if you don't know your crowd. Cheese and crackers, grapes, etc I like to grill stuff, sausage, burgers, corn on the cob etc.Alcohol- depending on the crowd. It a social lubricant. Some beer and vodka/orange juice usually covers most people.Something to do- Sports on TV, Horseshoes, Board games (Like apples to apples) WiiMusic- Nothing obnoxious. Usually just background noise will loosen people up a little bit and help break the silence. Pandora or similar is useful in this situation so you do not have to be a DJ every three minutes.Places to sit and a place put coats bags etcRelax- try no to get to stressed out and remember to enjoy the party yourself....Show more

Arnoldo Budzynski: Bring out x chairs and form them into a circle in the middle of the room (for x number of guests). Make x party hats out of newspapers and put one on each chair. There- now your fur! niture is ready. Next is the music- pick out something thats popular right now- I recommend Justin Beiber.Great, almost done. Now the food- people like soda pop but you also want to give them options- so also include some kool-aid. For food, animal crackers are good. Now, when each person arrives take them by the hand and lead them to their chair and give them their party hat. Ask them to sit quietly until everyone has arrived. Then, when everone is there you'll want to sit around in that circle and hold hands to give a prayer before eating. After that you can start offering people kool aid and animal crackers. Some people like to get wild and rowdy at parties and may want to sing a long to the Justin Bieber music- be fun and allow people to do that. But be careful! You don't want the party to get too wild. If someone starts talking loudly, standing up or walking around- kindly ask them to stop making a scene and leave.Have Fun!...Show more
