Daria Verfaillie: You need the title and a bill of sale. You have to get insurance and an assessment before getting tags and registration.
Jackelyn Archut: When you transfer the title into your name, they will issue you a new title and change the registration into your name at the same time. Make sure you have your current insurance card also.
