Angelyn Ducas: I would say pick the one you want to write about and use 3 examples of how that particular element enhances the other elements which is why it is the most humorous. (For example: in this scene the comic characters are enhanced by the play on wordplay used by so and so.) Use one paragraph as your introduction and one as your conclusion to finalize your opinion and one paragraph for each example and ta-da you have 5 paragraphs.
