Edmund Rappley: If you have insurance on it, then you'll most likely be able to get a new one (depending on what your carrier's insurance policy says). If not, I'm pretty sure there's nothing you can do.For a few months I had to survive with a screen that went totally black. (It was on my EnV 2, so I had a tiny screen that worked in the front) But I survived; even though I couldn't see what I typing. Is there anything important that you can't do without the touch screen? If not, you should be fine if you can't replace it.:)...Show more
Lolita Deschamp: you could if the batterys not water damaged. Now they have a little indicator on the batery that shows if its water damaged which they dont cover by insurance.
Rufus Plough: The cell phone company knows if your cell phone has been dropped in water. so most likely they won't replace it unless you make up a great story of what happened.I believe if you have insurance they will replace if you pay them 50 dollars. I! f your contract is about to end within the next month just wait so you can get a new phone for cheap at the 2 year contract price if you can't wait that long your going to i guess get a new one. just get a cheap phone. Your phone costs a lot of money when its not in the 2 year contract price (they try to hid that from you) a cheap fone is better than no fone....Show more
