Lillie Yarde: DE,denverplants has a lot of good information but it is keyed to Denver, elevation 5280'. If you are at a higher elevation, there may be hardiness issues. That would probably be true of Australian natives also. Check in with your local garden center and/or county extension for details of your zone. Colorado State has an excellent website, planttalk.com. 'Plant Select' is a program that is administered by Denver Botanic Gardens & CSU that has a list of recommendations of plants going back about ten years.
