Alecia Kaehler: Pilates is great for toning your whole body, but aerobics and cardio (fitness) are great for burning fat. There are no disadvantages to either. They are both great, so why not alternate between the two. She can do Pilates with you a couple of times a week and you can do cardio (fitness) with her a couple of times a week! Hope this helps! Ginny Trickett: Pole dancing will provide you extra higher frame force and burn extra energy. Pilates will tone up your middle and support you seem thinner. If you'll squeeze it in, take each! If no longer... pole dancing, it'll be extra a laugh :)
